Beyond the Pot is a magazine publication made to share interesting information about the plants we eat. Inspired by Farmers' almanacs and field journals, this publication is filled to the brim with hand-drawn illustrations, informational diagrams, articles about nutrition, agricultural practices, and even some plant-based recipes! The project aims to provide a platform for me (wow!) for sharing extensive knowledge about plants in a cohesive and engaging publication.
